The weather is almost always great in Tel Aviv, that's why our classes take place at different locations in the city. Sometimes by the sea, sometimes in the park as well as in our studio in Dizengoff St 111.

In my classes, my students benefit from my many years of experience as a coach and mentor.
I always strive not only to make them feel better in their bodies, but also to strengthen their self-confidence through yoga and mindfulness.
Over 5 years ago, I left everything behind in my beloved hometown Berlin and followed my partner to Israel, Tel Aviv to be precise.
Here, I discovered not only my love for yoga, but also met many wonderful people who have shaped and inspired me on my way.
