The weather is almost always great in Tel Aviv, that's why our classes take place at different locations in the city. Sometimes by the sea, sometimes in the park as well as in our studio in Dizengoff St 111.

In my classes, my students benefit from my many years of experience as a coach and mentor.

 

I always strive not only to make them feel better in their bodies, but also to strengthen their self-confidence through yoga and mindfulness.

 

Over 5 years ago, I left everything behind in my beloved hometown Berlin and followed my partner to Israel, Tel Aviv to be precise. 

 

Here, I discovered not only my love for yoga, but also met many wonderful people who have shaped and inspired me on my way.

During this challenging time Kate supported me and her community with Yoga sessions free of charge, to be able to take care of our body and souls and take a time out at least once a week. Kates sessions are always very versatile and give options for every level. She mostly leads you through the practice with a guiding principle for the day, which gives some extra focus for the practice. She also combines yoga flows with Yin yoga elements, so you work your strength and get to stretch and unwind at the end of the session. Looking forward to many more empowering sessions! I always look forward to my yoga class with Kate and feel very comfortable with her. She focuses intensively on the needs of her participants, asks about our well-being in advance and pays attention to correct posture (despite online training - chapeau!). Kate is a super friendly instructor and I feel very comfortable in the group every time, even with my toddler. The exercises are always explained very well and are super effective for me. She strikes just the right balance between reasonable - but still strenuous - exercises and relaxation and makes me feel really positive about my body. Really highly recommended and a thousand thanks to Kate for the wonderful me-time! :)
